PURPOSE: A premixing type gas turbine combustion device having a dual mixing structure for reducing Nox is provided to supply the fuel, which is evenly mixed with air, to a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A premixing type gas turbine combustion device having a dual mixing structure for reducing Nox comprises a fuel supply pipe(100), an air supply pipe, an orbiter(300a) and a premixing chamber(400a). The fuel supply pipe has a plurality of fuel jet holes(120) and a fuel inlet(110) on both sides, respectively. The air supply pipe surrounds the outside of the fuel supply pipe in order to mix fuel and air. The orbiter circulates air, before the air is mixed the fuel which is supplied through a fuel jet hole. The premixing chamber guides the fuel and air mixture to the combustion chamber. The orbiter and a secondary orbiter revolve in opposite direction.
