PURPOSE: A sheet for gas diffusion is provided to facilitate the contact of the sheet and a catalytic layer, not to restrain the diffusion of hydrogen because of porous structure, to make the high energy conversion possible, and to reduce the amount of a loaded catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A sheet for gas diffusion comprises a substrate in which pores are formed, and a carbon structure formed inside the substrate. The substrate is selected from a group consisting of a carbon paper, a carbon pelt, a carbon sheet, and a carbon cloth. The manufacturing method of the sheet comprises: a step of putting colloid particles into the inside of the pores formed in the substrate; a step of contacting carbon precursor solution to the substrate in which the colloid particles are filled; and a step of the carbonization of material in which the carbon precursor solution is impregnated. |
