Compositions have at least a single iron-oxide nanopigment with mean size of elemental particle less 100 nm in the amount above 2% in carrier in the form of emulsion of type "water-in-oil". Invention relates to also method of artificial skin coloring related to the natural sunburn using the indicated compositions.
