PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow velocity measurement method capable of finding an ultrasonic wave propagation time with high precision and performing highly precise flow velocity measurement. SOLUTION: A flow rate of fluid is measured in every predetermined measurement timing (normal time measurement) (S1). In every predetermined measurement timing (YES in S2), pulsation determination is carried out (S3), and if it is determined that no pulsation is produced (NO in S4), return to the normal time measurement is carried out (S1), while if it is determined that pulsation is produced (YES in S4), processing concerning pulsation correction is carried out (S5) and a shift to pulsation time measurement is carried out (S6).
