PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet mixing device which, when applied to a combustor brings about combustion stabilization, improvement in efficiency of equipment, and reduction of nitrogen oxide, etc., in an exhaust gas, and prevention of a pulsating combustion. SOLUTION: Inner and outer double nozzles 1 and 2 respectively for jetting a fluid are coaxially placed, and an actuator 4 causing a disturbance in the fluid in the nozzle is placed in the vicinity of a jet hole 2a of the outer nozzle 2.
