AIR COMPRESSION DEVICE AND STARTING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a starting load at the time of starting a compressor by opening/closing a suction valve and an air release valve of the compressor. SOLUTION: An air compression device is provided with a water tank 8 storing water at the inside thereof and a compressor 10 for compressing an air. This compression air is supplied into the water tank 8 and water is sprayed from the water tank 8 into the compressor 10 by the pressure. The air compression device is provided with a pressurized water-spraying line 20 for introducing the pressurized water from the water tank 8 into the compressor 10; a suction valve 21 constituted such that it controls an air from the outside introduced into the compressor 10 and becomes a 'close' state accompanying with a rising of pressure in the water tank 8; and an air release valve 22 for adjusting a pressure between the suction valve 21 and the water tank 8. A circuit for releasing a pressure from the inside of the compressor 10 to the outside is closed by 'closing' the air release valve 22 for a constant time at the time of starting the compressor 10. A pressure in the compressor 10 is early raised by making the suction valve 21 to the 'close' state.
