PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump rotor requiring an inexpensive manufacturing cost compared with a conventional one, and easily corresponding to differences in various discharging amounts for a short period. SOLUTION: This rotor 50 is used in a vane pump wherein a cam ring is arranged in a space between a side plate disposed in a case and a side cover of the case, and wherein the rotor 50 rotated by a shaft and detachably equipped with plural vanes 60 on an outer peripheral side is disposed on the inside of the cam ring.
