PURPOSE: An inverted power-and-free conveyor device is provided to reduce impact and noise, effectively move heavy items, and guarantee loading stability. CONSTITUTION: An inverted power-and-free conveyor device comprises a top rail, a bottom rail, a driving chain(500), a bogie(100), a hook(200), and a pusher(300). The top and bottom rails are formed separately to a predetermined interval. The driving chain is installed in the bottom rail and has dogs at predetermined intervals. The bogie is installed in the top rail to move items. The bogie comprises a support plate, a pair of center trolleys(120), a front trolley(130), and a rear trolley(140). The support plate is composed so that the items can be placed on thereof. The center trolleys are installed under the support plate. The front trolley is connected to the center trolley locating in the front through a connection bar(150). The rear trolley is connected to the center trolley locating in the rear through the connection bar. The hook is installed in the front of the bogie and locked to the dog of the driving chain in order to move the bogie by operation of the driving chain. The pusher is installed in the rear of the bogie to detach the hook from the dog.
