PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting ability by lightening and shortening in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A metallic lever 6 is fixed to a valve shaft 2 and has a part as an engaging part at full closing and full opening positions of the valve shaft 2, a resin-made gear 7 is fixed to the metallic lever 6, and a brush 18 is fixed in a positioning shape structured in the resin-made gear 7 to form a sensor.
