The present invention refers to a Production process for the transformation of the urban solid residues into fertilizers of high quality, biogas as an alternative energy and the optimization for recovering the useful inorganic residues. A leading technology is used to ensure that the products resulting from the process are of high quality, since it controls the variables of the process such as the acidity level, temperature, pH of the fermentation and the methane concentration in the biogas, as well as the amount of nutrients in the resulting fertilizer. Once the urban solid residues are introduced in the plant, the organic residues are separated from the inorganic residues, as well as the materials that are not used in the transformation process. A vision system may detect materials that were not separated, and then a magnetic detector may separate the ferric materials that were not separated in previous steps. A crushing and milling process is applied to the organic residues previou s the biodigestion process for facilitating the fermentation and the bacteriological activity. Once the residues are crushed, these are introduced in a mixer for preparing and homogenising the mixture by adding water in order to generate mud with 80% of humidity. This homogeneous mixture is inspected in a spectrometry tunnel for analysing the chemical composition of the mixture and adding compounds for enriching the properties thereof in order to optimize the biodigestion. A monitoring and control system is useful for detecting the signal of the sensors during the whole process, also managing the control signals and showing in the screen the values of the different variables, which are useful for controlling the critical conditions of the process. |
