PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the power generation amount of a small generator using wire and wireless telecommunication is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by estimating a power amount at monthly and using only necessary power amount. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors(5) has various detection functions including fire detection, temperature detection, and smoke detection. An U-BIX system(2) supplies a commercial AC source, which is provided through a meter(1), to a home. The U-BIX system analyzes power consumption used at the home in real-time and displays the power consumption through a display unit. A PLC(Power Line Communication) controller controls a load(4) while being connected through a PLC master and power line of the U-BIX system. A digital meter detects power amount which is provided to the home in real time.
