The installation has a windscreen wiper squeegee (3) fixed to a windscreen wiper arm that carries a rubber blade (1). The squeegee comprises a lip (4) that is connected to a heel part (2) by intermediary of a hinge part of the blade. A piezo actuator element (7) generates bending of the lip to influence a scraping angle (alpha). The hinge part of the blade receives another piezo sensor element (8) to measure the scraping angle, where output signal of the latter piezo sensor element is guided to an electronic stage that comprises a servo system for actuating the former piezo actuator element.
