The device has three parts (1-3) with an elongated enlarged shape at one end and curved shape at another end. The first part forms a base, and the second and third parts are maintained by a fourth part forming a support for the former part. The fourth part is designed for securing the three parts in transport and storage configuration and the second and third parts in utilization configuration. The second and third parts have respective holes at curved ends to allow insertion of a shaft (5) for utilization configuration.
