SHIP HULL MARK AUTOMATIC MARKING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE: An automatic hull marking method of a ship is provided to reduce duration of re-work and to improve design quality by reducing making errors. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hull marking method of a ship is as follows. The modeling is especially operated a structure with a Tribon system. A data modeled for each structure and a block by block corresponding panel position are matched and analyzed by the program applied in a Tribon system area(S220). The mark modeling information destroyed is inserted in the corresponding panel of each block. The hull mark modeling information, which is saved in the corresponding panel, is reflected in the cutting CNC(Computer Numerical Control) data(S250). The hull mark is marked on members by using a CNC sawing machine after the cutting CNC data is downloaded from the Tribon system(S280,S300).
