The separator has a bar that is bent to have a curved portion and two ends situated opposite the curved portion. A base plate (9) is equipped with fixation units i.e. U-shaped staples (18, 19), for fixing the separator to a vertical post. Two helical springs are fixed with the base plate and another base plate, respectively. The helical springs allow rotation of the bar around the post and around a horizontal axis, while continuously tending to move back the bar towards a reference position. The ends of the bar are oriented parallel to each other.
