PURPOSE: A locking nut is provided to reduce manufacturing process steps and costs by performing a press process when a rubber member is located in a seating terminal. CONSTITUTION: A locking nut comprises a body part(12) and a rubber member(30). A through-hole, in which a bolt is penetrated, is formed on the body part. The body part includes a screw part(16) in the inner surface of the through hole. A seating terminal(26) is formed in one end of the body part. The seating terminal and the extension skirt(24) are formed on the body part. The rubber member is settled in the seating terminal of the body part is fixed with a fixing protrusion. A communicating hole(32) has the smaller external diameter than that of the bolt is formed on the rubber member.
