PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a lighting system including the same are provided to dually arrange guide members on the circumference of a light emitting chip, thereby improving light reflection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A first insulating film(21,23) is arranged on the circumference of the upper surface of a metal layer(11,13). The first insulating film supports the metal layer. A light emitting chip(41) is electrically connected to the other metal layers while being arranged on a single metal layer among the metal layers. A resin layer surrounds the light emitting chip. A guide member(31) is arranged on the upper surface of the first insulating film. |
