PURPOSE: A driving apparatus of a construction machinery industrial vehicle is provided to automatically change speed by selectively applying fluid pressure for changing gears to a first or second gear shift. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(123) is arranged on the upper end part of a gear box(200). A planetary gear set(124) is operated with a first shift input gear. An output shaft(127) is arranged on the lower end part of the gear box. A first shift clutch gear(110) equips a support bearing to the other side part of the output shaft. A second shift clutch gear(101) equips the support bearing to one side part of the output shaft.
