PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing an overvoltage and an over-current with a built-in voltage reducing device is provided to efficiently control an overvoltage and an over-current by differently applying the rate calculation of time reduction according to a current load condition. CONSTITUTION: A voltage input part(10) receives a voltage. A current input part(20) receives the current. A voltage rectification part(30) performs the full wave-rectification of a voltage inputted in the voltage input part. A current rectification part(40) performs the full wave-rectification of a current inputted in the current input part. A display part(50) displays a size of the voltage inputted from the voltage input part. A setting part(70) sets an overvoltage value and an over-current value.
