PURPOSE: A digital physical therapy apparatus and a physical therapy method using thereof are provided to enable users to grasp the corresponding exercising amount, and easily control the exercising amount. CONSTITUTION: A digital physical therapy apparatus comprises the following: a grasping powder measuring bar(110), a sensor unit(130), a displaying device(120), and a memory unit(140). The grasping powder measuring bar is for measuring the degree of grasping powder when a user is holding the bar with hands. The sensor unit measures the wrist rotation quantity rate when a user rotates the wrist while holding the grasping powder measuring bar. The displaying device visually displays the obtained degree of the grasping powder and the wrist rotation quantity rate. The memory unit saves the measured value of the grasping powder and the wrist rotation quantity rate.
