PURPOSE: A muscular arm strength measuring device is provided to measure a movement range and muscular strength with respect to various movements using a single device, thereby reducing purchasing costs. CONSTITUTION: A seat base(120) is arranged in order to be able to slide with respect to a post base(110). A seat(130) is arranged on the seat base in order to be able to rotate. A post(140) is arranged on the post base. An arm(150) is combined with the upper end part of the post in order to be able to rotate. A binding pad(160) is attached to an arm of a user seated on the seat.
