PURPOSE: An unauthorized control prevention method of an automated teller machine and system thereof are provided to improve a security function by preventing the grasp of an operation system. CONSTITUTION: A system body unit(100) executes a system booting process according to a power supply system in order to block the power of a touch screen(200) until the operation completion of an application program. The system body unit blocks the power of the touch screen when an operating system is activated. The system body unit controls a first level in order to block the power of the touch screen related to a control signal.
