<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic booster which can easily adjust input-output hysteresis characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A stepped surface 8D facing a reaction disk 23 is provided in an insertion hole 8 in a valve body 6. A sleeve 24 for transmitting push-in force from the valve body 6 to the reaction disk 23 when an input rod 10 is pushed in and transmitting reaction force from the reaction disk 23 to the valve body 6 when the input rod 10 is returned is provided between the stepped surface 8D and the reaction disk 23. The sleeve 24 is formed of material different in Young's modulus from that of the valve body 6. Here, if a Young's modulus of the sleeve 24 is smaller than, for example, that of the valve body 6, the hysteresis characteristics can be made to be smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
