<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to effectively utilize light irradiated from light-emitting chips. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp fitting is provided with a board 3, light-emitting chips 40 to 44, control elements, wiring elements 51 to 56, 61 to 65, 610 to 650, a bank member 18, a sealing member 180 and optical members (a lens 19 and reflecting faces 194, 195). Since light irradiated from the light-emitting chips can be advanced in a given direction by the optical members, light irradiated from the light-emitting chips can be effectively utilized.
