<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively construct a foundation structure, and to make the foundation structure demonstrate a reducing effect on seismic force over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: In the foundation structure 10, an insertion hole 20 is formed at the rising part 14 of a concrete foundation 12, and an anchor bolt 16 is inserted through a tube member 22 to the inside of the insertion hole 20. The lower part of the anchor bolt 16 is embedded in the concrete foundation 12, and a coil spring part 28 formed by spirally winding a wire material is formed on the upper side thereof.
