<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball valve, capable of preventing the occurrence of unusual high pressure of fluid in a sealed cavity, and preventing the occurrence of fluid leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The ball valve 20 includes a valve body 21, a first annular seat 23, a second annular seat 24, and a ball 25 formed with a through bore 51. The valve body 21 has a first flow path 31, a second flow path 32, and a ball housing chamber 33. The ball 25 is formed with a communication bore 52 for connecting the cavity 50 with the through bore 51 in an open state and for connecting the thorough bore 51 connected to the cavity 50 with the first flow path 31 in a closed state.
