<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current control device capable of achieving the control of an anode current actually in an electron emission device of an anode grounded (target grounded) system. <P>SOLUTION: A current control device of an electron emission device 1 has a current control array 8 connected between a terminal of an anode 3 and a terminal of an extraction electrode 4. The current control array 8 has a plurality of transistors Tr(0)-Tr(n) that control a current depending on an input signal from an input terminal 14 and that are connected in series with each other, and a voltage-dividing element (R0-Rn) that divides a voltage Vgt between the anode 3 and the extraction electrode 4 and gives the transistors Tr(0)-Tr(n) the divided voltages respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
