<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch switch device using a capacitive coupling method that enables an input when a hand of an operator approaches, particularly when the distance between an operator and a switch electrode is distant. <P>SOLUTION: In a capacitive coupling type touch switch device, a CPU 1 controls first changers 5, 6 and a second changer 8 to connect between a plurality of switch electrodes so as to form one temporary switch electrode. A capacitive change between an operator hand and the temporary switch electrode is converted into a frequency with a frequency generator 9, and then converted into digital data with a input capture 10. If the digital data is equal to or more than a threshold value, the first changers 5, 6 and the second changer 8 are controlled to disconnect a plurality of the switch electrodes, and the digital data of a plurality of the switch electrodes is sequentially measured, based on which the CPU 1 determines whether the states of the switch electrodes are on or off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
