<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a fitting puller for binding and fixing of a foundation and a column, a column and a horizontal member, and a column and a column, which are all structural members for constituting the structural skeleton of a wooden building, increase the bearing force of the fitting puller, improve workability, and realize compactness in terms of transportation form. <P>SOLUTION: A fitting puller H has a rectangular outer shape and an opening on the back face thereof for allowing a covering work from the front face of an anchor bolt B. Left and right side plates are superposed each other in the upper part of the fitting puller H, and the fitting puller H is fixed to a structural member 1 in a suspended manner.
