<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made pallet capable of stably loading a cargo thereon with a small number of components. <P>SOLUTION: The resin-made pallet includes a resin-made first plate and a resin-made second plate opposite to the resin-made first plate. Peripheral edges of the resin-made first plate and the resin-made second plate are adhered to each other to constitute a hollow part therein. At least any one of the resin-made first plate and the resin-made second plate has a plurality of recessed parts 110 on its outer surface 103 so as to be projected on the inner surface side. A reinforcing rib with its inclined face inclined toward the inner peripheral surface of each recessed part 110 from a bottom face of a long groove 52 forming its bottom face is provided on a part continuous to the long groove 52 out of a peripheral edge constituting each opening of the plurality of recessed parts 110. Opposing side faces of the reinforcing rib constitute upright walls.
