The present invention relates to an intelligent driving robot for aiding or replacing staff at food courts, restaurants, or chain stores, to provide convenience and tailored service to customers and more convenient restaurant management to owners and staff. More particularly, to this end, disclosed is an intelligent driving robot for providing customer service and calculation in restaurants comprising: an image processing means (400) for receiving customer image information, which is generated in the form of a captured image of a predetermined customer by an image detection sensor (10), and outputting customer information of the customer; a voice processing means (450) for receiving voice information, which is generated by a noise recognition apparatus (30) from the voice of the customer, and outputting a robot voice that corresponds to the voice information through a speaker (20); a first display means (50) for image-displaying menu information based on the customer information or the voice information, image-displaying selected menu information based on the input from the customer, and for image-displaying payment information on the selected menu information; a payment means (500) comprising a card reader (90), a deposit/withdrawal unit (70) for performing deposits and withdrawals of checks or cash, and a printing unit (80) for printing transaction details and outputting a receipt; a wireless communication means (550) having an RF antenna for transmitting/receiving payment information to and from an external terminal and the payment means (500); an input means (600) for receiving an input signal from the customer; a searching means (650) for searching information on remaining tables by receiving table information by means of the captured image from the image detection sensor (10) or wireless communication between a captured image by an external image capturing device and the RF antenna, and for searching a predetermined customer database for detailed information on the customer which matches the customer information; a driving means (100) for driving, having a driving motor and driving wheels, which are connected to the driving motor and actuated; and a control unit (110) for controlling image processing and voice processing, controlling the image display of the selected menu and payments through an external server, and for controlling driving to avoid obstacles and driving toward the customer and the remaining tables. |
