<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner storage container that facilitates recycling while reducing a waste discharge amount. <P>SOLUTION: The toner storage container comprises a cylindrical part 321 constituting a toner filling port to fill a toner cartridge 300 with toner, a cap 312 attached to the cylindrical part 321 after filling toner to close the cylindrical part 321, a conductive part (a first conductive member) 323 provided on a surface of the cylindrical part 321 opposed to the cap 312, and a conductive part (a second conductive member) 314 provided on a surface of the cap 312 opposed to the conductive part 323.
