<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use renewed electric power. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle electric power management system includes a renewed electric power generation device that generates first electric power by converting renewable energy into electric energy; an electric power storage device for storing the first electric power generated by the renewed electric power generation device, and second electric power purchased from an electric power supply plant; a battery charger for charging a vehicle battery; a charging installation installed in a charging facility and charging the battery; electric power selling propriety determination index acquisition processing means that acquires an electric power selling propriety determination index; electric power selling propriety determination processing means that determines whether or not it is possible to sell electric power of the battery based on the electric power selling propriety determination index; and electric power selling processing means that sells the electric power of the battery when it is possible to sell the electric power of the battery. Upon a determination that it is possible to sell the electric power of the battery based on the electric power selling propriety determination index, the electric power of the battery is sold.
