<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An input output device comprises: a display selection signal output circuit which outputs a display selection signal in a first display mode and stops outputting the display selection signal in a second display mode; a display data signal output circuit; a light detection reset signal output circuit which outputs N number (N is a natural number) of light detection reset signals in a first light detection mode and which outputs M number (M is a natural number smaller than N) of light detection reset signals in a second light detection mode; an output selection signal output circuit which outputs N number of output selection signals in the first light detection mode and outputs M number of output selection signals in the second light detection mode; and a light detection circuit which becomes a reset state in accordance with the light detection reset signal, generates data in accordance with the illuminance of subsequently incident light, and outputs the data as a data signal in accordance with the output selection signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
