<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a wind direction adjusting device while improving the wind distribution performance. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation fin 40, an upper fin 41 and a lower fin 42 are arranged in a ventilation passage 17 of a case 11. When the rotation fin 40 is operated for rotation up and down, the fin 41, 42 on the side in which the end of the rotation fin 40 approaches is moved back to an upstream side by a gear mechanism 33. Air deflected by the guide surface portion 41c, 42c of the fin 41, 42 on the side moved back is struck against the rotation fin 40 and the wind is surely deflected.
