<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method which is further improved in charge transportability while maintaining mechanical strength of a protective layer, and has high picture quality, a long life and excellent cost performance, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge for image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is formed by sequentially laminating at least a charge generating layer, a hole transport layer and a hole transporting protective layer on a conductive support, in which the protective layer is formed from a three-dimensional cross-linked film obtained through chain polymerization by irradiating at least a radical polymerizable hole transporting compound with ultraviolet rays, the protective layer contains a silole compound represented by the following general formula (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
