<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash mounting structure capable of securing excellent waterproofness and safety and improving maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: In a sash mounting structure, a waterproof sheet 2 is provided on a lower side 10a of an opening portion 10 of an outer wall 1, and a sash 3 is fixed by being fitted from the outside of the opening portion 10. In the sash 3, a lower frame 31 is mounted on a spacer member 41 provided on a waterproof sheet 2 of the lower side 10a, a fixed rib 31a extended from the lower frame 31 is fixed to an outdoor side raised surface 41c of the spacer member 41 with a machine screw 44 from an outdoor side, a fixed rib 32a extended from an upper frame 32 is fixed to a sash abutting surface 52 of an upper frame fixing metal fitting 5 with a machine screw 54 from the outdoor side, and a connection machine screw 45 is screwed or unscrewed from the position of a gap between an end edge of an indoor sub-floor 7 and the sash 3.
