<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile storage device having a pillar of a low aspect ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A nonvolatile storage device according to the present embodiment includes a first conductive member extending in a first direction and a second conductive member extending in a second direction crossing the first direction. A portion of the first conductive member, which is connected to the second conductive member, protrudes toward the second conductive member. The first conductive member has resistance in the first direction lower than resistance in a third direction along which the portion of the first conductive member protrudes, and a resistance value varies in the third direction.
