<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily create three-dimensional data on a feature from satellite image data in a Web environment while server computer load is kept small. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional data creating method includes: a first step of calculating coordinate positions of left and right satellite image data, in which a point on the ground which has arbitrary three-dimensional coordinate values is photographed, based upon an RPC model 13, and requesting the server computer 1 to provide the left and right satellite image data in which the coordinate positions are photographed; and a second step of determining that three-dimensional coordinate values of a feature are three-dimensional coordinate values of a spot on the ground on condition that features photographed at the coordinate positions of the left and right satellite images are identical when the left and right satellite images obtained from the server computer 1 are rotated by an angle that a direction vector of a stereo baseline and a scanning direction of the left and right satellite images and stereoscopically displayed in a state in which the coordinate positions of the left and right satellite images meet each other while a segment connecting positions of satellites having photographed the left and right satellite images is regarded as the stereo baseline. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
