<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a system for making a monitoring center collect operation data and to increase a success rate of the collection of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device 6, which includes a data transmission means 12, a means 13 for determining whether to need collection and a notification means 14, communicates with the monitoring center 1 by means of a PHS 7. When receiving a collection notification from the monitoring center 1, the data transmission means 12 transmits the operation data from a control board 8 to the monitoring center 1 in the state of holding a line connected at the collection notification. The means 13 determines whether the monitoring center 1 has to collect the operation data. In addition, when the means 13 determines that the monitoring center has to collect the operation data, the notification means 14 gives a request notification to the monitoring center 1 and makes the monitoring center 1 output the collection notification in the state of holding the line connected at the request notification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
