<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a doctor to appropriately and highly efficiently perform reading and a diagnosis by a doctor by accurately associating information of a subject on site with a radiographic image of the subject. <P>SOLUTION: In this radiographic imaging system, an on-site side communication section transmits an on-site side optical image and a radiographic image to a standby position side communication section 104, while the standby position side communication section 104 transmits at least an imaging menu to the on-site side communication section.
