<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a vaporization filter, by enlarging a utilization side contributing to humidification of the vaporization filter. <P>SOLUTION: A humidifier includes: a case body having an air passage therein to connect an air suction port with an air blowing port; a blower blowing out the sucked air through the air passage; the vaporization filter 14 disposed in the air passage between the blower and the suction port to humidify air passing therethrough in a moist state; a water supply tray 24a disposed to a lower side of the vaporization filter 14 and storing water to be supplied to the vaporization filter 14; a water turbine unit 15 having a pair of housing parts housing the vaporization filter 14, a water-drawing pocket 15e disposed to an outer peripheral side of each housing part to draw the water of the water supply tray 24a and make the vaporization filter 14 absorb the water therein; and a pair of water turbine unit holding parts 24d vertically disposed to the water supply tray 24a to rotatably hold the water turbine unit 15.
