WATER-REPELLENT LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent lightweight cellular concrete having an excellent water-repellent layer from a lightweight cellular concrete surface to the inside without damaging excellent performances in lightweight and thermal insulation property which the lightweight cellular concrete has, and to provide a manufacturing method and a using method for the same.

SOLUTION: The lightweight cellular concrete includes the water-repellent layer composed of an alkylalkoxysilane from the lightweight cellular concrete surface to an inside air gap of a central portion. The alkoxysilane consists of at least one kind of the alkylalkoxysilane having an alkyl group having 3-8C preferably.
