DEVICE FOR OPENING/CLOSING DOOR OF COMPUTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A device for opening/closing a door of a computer system is provided to open and close a door in a small space and to prevent a damage caused by a treatment carelessness. CONSTITUTION: A door(130) has a gear groove being formed at one surface responded to an opening of a bezel and is slidably combined in the horizontal direction with the front surface of the bezel. A damper gear(138) is installed in the bezel for being geared into the gear groove of the door(130). A protrusion unit(136) is formed at one surface of the door(130). One end portion of a lever is fixed to the inner surface of the bezel. The lever has a locking ring for locking the protrusion unit(136) for preventing the door(130) from being opened. A button(154) is formed in the lever and releases a locking state of the locking ring. A leaf spring(156) is installed in the lever for making the locking ring be restored after leasing a locking state. An elastic body(142) makes the damper gear(138) be pushed toward the door(130) for gearing the damper gear(138) into the gear groove elastically.
