<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patrol person to effectively perform patrol work on a power transmission/distribution line or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 includes a server apparatus 20 and a patrol terminal 10 capable of obtaining present own position. When the patrol terminal 10 transmits own present position to the server apparatus 20 and when the server apparatus 20 receives the present position, the server apparatus 20 acquires patrol information on objects to be patrolled located in the vicinity of the present position from a patrol information database 211, generates a patrol screen which is a piece of information for displaying the acquired patrol information, transmits the patrol screen to the patrol terminal 10 to cause the patrol terminal 10 to display the patrol screen. A base station 6 including plural antennae 181 which are disposed being neighboring with each other is provided at a patrol cite 3.
