<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of question and answer type contents, simplify the content creation and improve the efficiency of the content creation in a terminal accessing the contents. <P>SOLUTION: A question presenting apparatus completely separates a question processing program section (a question presenting software 10), which is independent of a display of quiz format questions and a question content for inputting answers, from a content section (a content file 110) of question information and answer information according to the question content, and a file processing unit 100 of the program section executes the question process to users according to the content file 110.
