<p>[Objective] To provide a power supplying system, wherein storage batteries can be utilized with high reliability, even in situations wherein storage batteries that can be controlled may change frequently and indeterminately. [Solution] The power supplying system is provided with: a timing determining unit (115) for determining the timing at which charging and/or discharging of a storage battery, which stores power by being charged and supplies power by being discharged, is to be executed; and a controllable period estimation unit (111) for estimating a controllable period, which is a period of time wherein the timing determining unit (115) is able to determine the timing at which to execute the charging or discharging of the storage battery. The timing determining unit (115) determines the timing at which to execute the charging and/or discharging of the storage battery on the basis of the controllable period.</p> |
