<p>The device for moulding a thin part by casting comprises at least two mould portions (10, 20) together defining a casting impression (4a, 4b) for moulding the part and able to be separated from each other so as to extract the moulded part, in which at least one mould portion (20) comprises a carcass (21) on which a moulding plate (25) is mounted, the front impression face (25i) of the moulding plate (25) being capable of coming into contact with the molten metal and defining the impression (4a) of the part, this device being characterized in that the rear impression face (25j) of the moulding plate, located on the back of the front impression face (25i), is separated from the carcass (21) by a layer of thermal insulation.</p> |
