CARRING CONVEYER FOR DRYING SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A transferring conveyor for drying sludge is provided to activate the motion of ultrahigh frequency and to obtain high efficiency by conveying the ultrahigh frequency through far infrared ray heater plates installed on the upper/the lower sides of the conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor main body(1) includes a conveyor(2), a water discharge guiding plate, and a sludge supplying part. Microwave(5) radiates ultrahigh frequency to the upper end part of the sludge supplying part to heat moistures in sludge. Far infrared ray heater plates(3, 4) are installed on the upper/the lower sides of the conveyor and heat the sludge. The ultrahigh frequency is transferred through the heater plates. A through hole(6) is formed on the front side and on the rear side of the conveyor main body. A vapor transferring path discharges vapor with external air. A sucking fan(8) is installed at the end part of the vapor transferring path.
