<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unevenness of rightness on a display screen due to the leakage of back light from a clearance between light guiding plates of a display panel module in a liquid crystal image display device. <P>SOLUTION: A light guiding plate 1441 is fixed by using a pin molde 1443. One pin mold 1443 passes through a notch provided at an upper end portion of the light guiding plate positioned on a front surface side of a liquid crystal image display device in a layered portion of the light guiding plates 1441, a through-hole provided at a lower end portion of the light guiding plate positioned on a back surface side of the liquid crystal image display device of end portions where the light guiding plates 1441 are layered with each other, and a through-hole provided on an LED substrate and a heat spread 1443.
